Really liked the quick service. Most places say to allow 4-6 weeks for a customized lapel pins....you all had our order to us within two weeks! Also, liked getting artwork proofs via email. Easier to tell what colors are used and what the lapel pins will look like, much better than a faxed copy. Also, there was no hassle w/getting the proof. Some vendors it is like pulling teeth to get them to send you an artwork proof....which really makes you not trust them. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
